Electric Grill Pan & Electric Barbecue Plate

Power cord is extraordinary hot.
*Did you use other than 120 volts?

*Did you use a single outlet and more than 10 amps?

*Is there any damage or dust on the cord?

*Did you plug in properly?

*Did you use our supplied power cord?

*Did you unplug by holding the plug part?

*Did you plug in wall outlet?

There is a risk of fire or electric shock. Please stop using it and contact customer service.
The electricity does not run properly.
* Is there any dust on the plug? Remove any pins or trash. If it does not work, contact customer service.

* Do you bend the power cord in use?
Smells like it’s burned, and it starts smoking or smells bad.
* Do you find any leftover food on the plate or heating coil?
Remove foreign matter with a cloth or some such.
The plate does not heart up.
* Do you find any loose particle between the plate and the heating coil?
Make sure power cord plugged in firmly. (Check both end)
Take out foreign matter.
Other problems.
* Please contact customer service.
Tempurature is too high or too low.
* Did you connect the power cord properly?

* Did you adjust the tempreture control?

* Did you insert the inner pan/plate properly?

* Is there any dust/particles between the pan and heater unit?

* Did you try another outlet?
There is clicking sound while cooking
* The sound is made by thermal expansion. This is not malfunction.
Is it ok to use IH stove top?
* No.The inner pan is not desgin for IH stove top
What is the keep warm temp?
* 158℉-194℉
How do I prevent from the scratch?
Use only supplied spatula. No knife,skewer,metal utensil.
