1.Cut the pork into 1 inch chunks. Soak potato in water (remove excess starch). Mince the garlic and the ginger finely.
2.Stir-fry the minced onion pieces with butter until onion becomes brown, add garlic and the ginger. Next add the pork, carrots and potatoes and stir-fry them well.
3.Pour 2 cups of water and the curry paste. Stir it well and boil for 10 minutes with medium heat.
4.Place the inner pot into the Vacuum Cooker for at least 30 minutes.
5.Serve with the buttered rice or steamed rice.
