INGREDIENTS

  • Cabbage 4 leaves (preferably big outer layer for easy wrapping)
  • Bacon 2 slice
  • Flour
  • Bread crumb: 3 tbsp,
  • Milk: 3 tbsp,
  • Ground beef: 7 oz
  • Onion: 1/2 pcs.
  • Egg: 1/2 pcs.
  • Salt/Pepper/Nutmeg powder
  • *Bouillon 2 cups
  • *Tomato ketchup 1/3 cups
  • *Salt 1 tsp
  • *Worcester Sauce 1 tbsp
  • * Pepper 1/2 tsp
  • * Laurel 1 leaf

1.Boil cabbage leaves and then drain the hot water and sprinkle with salt. Remove excess moisture by wiping off. Mix the bread crumb with the milk. Dice the onion and stir-fry with butter.



2.Mix the ground beef with #1 and the egg in a bowl. Seasoning with salt, pepper and nutmeg.



3.Sprinkle flour on cabbage leaves and then, place the beef filling on each leaf and roll/wrap it up.



4.Cut the beacon into 1-inch pieces.



5.Place the cabbage rolls, add #4 and * into the Inner Pot and then bring up to boil with medium heat continued cook for 5 minutes. Place the pot into the Vacuum Cooker for at least 15 minutes.

Vacuum Cooking Time:15 min or over
