1.Cut yellow tail into chunk. (To remove fishy odor, sprinkle salt and then rinse with boiling water.) Be caution with handling boiling water.
2.Cut turnip into smaller pieces than fish. Pre-boil turnip with rice water. Remove from rice water when it cooked.
3.Cook yellow tail with water and sake in inner pot. When it boil, reduce the heat to medium continue cook about 5min. Remove any scum.
4.Add cooked turnip#2 into pot and boil again. Then add * reduce the heat to medium continue cook about 5min.
5.Place the inner pot into main body/ thermal pot for at least 20 min.
