Japanese style flan. This menu is available for NFA Magic cooker only
INGREDIENTS
Bring up the broth and * to boil. Set aside.
Dice chicken and then marinade in sake and regular say sauce.
Remove shrimp shell, and husk of gingko nut. Cook well with salt water
Add egg into #1 and mix them well.
Slice mushroom
Place #2, #3 and #5 in to a cup. And then pour egg mixture.
Double-boil the cup mixtures in the inner pot for 2 min with low heat
Place the inner pot into main body/thermal pot for 10 min
Serve with mituba

Vacuum Cooking Time: 10 min or over
