3.Add water to water level mark 8. (Do not exceed level 8. it may over flow)

4.Select [Slow cook] set the time for 180min and then press [Start].

5.In the mean while, mix the BBQ sauce ingredients and set aside.

6.When slow cooking is done, remove the ribs from inner pan. And then dip into BBQ sauce. CAUTION! Slow cooked ribs are very hot and soft! Be sure to use proper kitchen utensil and wear kitchen gloves.

7.Marinade ribs into BBQ sauce and set aside at least 2 hours. Ribs absorb BBQ sauce when it cooling off.

8.To finish the sparerib, use toaster oven or regular oven. (Purpose: warm up/reheat and give crisp on the surface. Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil if you do not like crisp.)
Pre-heat oven or toaster oven at 375 ℉
Place spareribs on the baking sheet and cook 25-40 min. (the cooking time is depending on how long the sparerib were marinated and surrounding temperature.) After 25 min of cooking, check ribs every 5 min for your desirable crispness.
