1. Chop onion and bacon into small dice
2. Place rice, chicken broth (3cup), salt and ①into inner pan. Select [Brown Rice] Menu, and then press [Start]
3. “Pumpkin sauce” Microwave pumpkin for 6-8min or until it soft. Mash them well.
4. Add chicken broth (1/2cup) & whipping cream/heavy cream into mashed pumpkin #2, blend them well.
5. When LCD starts flashing 0 min. Open the lid, add shredded cheese and a half of pumpkin sauce, blend them well.
6. Place the risotto from the inner pan onto individual plate.
7. Serve with pumpkin sauce, garnish with black pepper.
