Chianti Risotto

INGREDIENTS

  • (4-5 serving)
  • White short grain rice 2 cups
  • Onion M size 1
  • Chicken broth 3 cups
  • Chianti wine 0.5 cups
  • Butter
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • *Short-grain brown rice used for this sample picture. Arbrio or Carnaroli rice is desirable for risotto.
  • *Please use supplied measuring cup.

1. Rinse the white short grain rice under the running water. Change water 3 times. And drain the rice.



2. Chop onion into small dice.



3. Add Chicken broth, wine, #1 and butter into the inner pan. (make sure
Select [Porridge] menu  Press [Start])



4. When LCD starts flashing 0 min. Open the lid and mix them well.



5. Place the risotto from the inner pan onto individual plate.



6. Sprinkle parmesan cheese.
