Pumpkin Meatloaf

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
  • 1/4 medium (Kabocha) Pumpkin
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 slice Bacons
  • 1/2 cup Bread crumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • Meatloaf Sauce
  • Gravy juice from meatloaf
  • 1 tbsp Worcester shire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1/2 tsp Corn starch
  • Salt & Black pepper for your choice

1. Place Kabocha pumpkin in microwave for 3min.



2. Cut Kabocha pumpkin into dices.



3. In a large mixing bowl, mix the entire ingredient together.



4. Place the mixture into the inner pan.



5. Select [bake] menu, set the time for 35-40 min, then press starts.



6. When it done cooking, insert a skewer in the center of meatloaf. If clear juice came out, it’s done. If juice is opacity/ unclear, press [Start].



7. To make sauce; when meatloaf is done, ladle out meatloaf gravy juice into different container with caution. It is really HOT



8. Mix all spices listed above. Microwave 30 sec.
