Mediterranean style Split Pea Salad
INGREDIENTS
1.Before cooking always sort split pea and rinse well.
2.Place the beans into inner pan and add water to [Plain rice] water scale 8, and add salt, stir them well.
3.Select [Slow cook] set time for 30 min.
4.Mix all of dressing seasoning in a small mixing bowl. Adjust the amount for your personal preference.
5.When cooking is complete, drain hot water and pour E.V.O.O., mix them well. Set aside.
6.Rinse and chop lettuce and tomato into small pieces.
7.Mix split beans, tomato, lettuce and dressing
