Chickpea Curry

INGREDIENTS

  • (Serving 8)
  •  
  • 1 Lb Chickpea (Garbanzo beans) 
  • 2 Tbsp Salt
  • 5 Cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 Tsp Ginger
  • 2 Tbsp Curry powder
  • 2 Tbsp Cumin seed
  • 1 Tsp Cayenne pepper
  • ¼ cup Vegetable oil
  • • Pre-soak over night or at least 6-8hours.

1. Drain soaks water and rinse bean.



2. Add beans into inner pan.



3. Add water to water level 8 (Plain rice) and then add salt. (Stir well)



4. Select [Slow cook] set time for 120 min.



5. Drain hot water and put beans back to inner pan.



6. Mix rest of spice in to inner pan mix then well. Spice can be adjusted your personal preference.
