Meat loaf

INGREDIENTS

  • (8 Servings)
  • Ground beef 2 lbs
  • Thin bacon 6 slice
  • Cherry tomato 8 pieces
  • Onion 1/2
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Long beans 0.5 oz
  • Parsley (dry) Pinch
  • ■ Egg 1
  • ■ Bread crumbs & Butter 2 tbsp
  • ■ Soy sauce 1tsp
  • ■ Salt & Pepper Pinch
  • ■ ( Nutmeg 1/2 tbsp ) Optional

1. Chop long beans, garlic and onion into dice. Cut cherry tomato into half.



2. Blend ground beef, onion, garlic and ■(Ingredients above) Mix well until it becomes sticky and glutinous.



3. Spread bacon over the inner pan, and place half of the amount # 2 ( Cover the bacon)



4. Place the long beans in middle of # 2. Put cherry tomato around long beans.



5. Spread the rest of #2 over #4



6. Select [BAKE] and set the time for 45-50 minutes.



7. When it is finished, open the lid and poke the middle of the meat with a skewer to check if the meat is cooked. (If it’s not cooked, reset for Quick or Plain Rice menu for approx. 10 to 15 min.)



8. Flip the inner pan over the plate. (Use gloves to handle)



9. Sprinkle parsley
