Tacos Rice

INGREDIENTS

  • (9 servings)
  • 2lb ground beef
  • 1 bag plain Tortilla chips
  • 2 Pkg Tacos seasoning mix
  • 8oz Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 head Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 medium sweet onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 2 lb Tomato
  • 5 Lime
  • 9-10 cups cooked rice
  • Hot sauce*(optional)

1. In large mixing bowl, mix ground beef and taco seasoning. Add some water for easier mixing. (10oz-12oz)



2. Place beef taco mix into inner pan. Be sure to release the air from the meet.



3. Cover the beef mix with hot cooked rice.



4. Select [Bake] key, set the time for 60 min, then press start.



5. Mean while, cut tomato and green pepper in to small pieces. Mince the garlic and cilantro. Add this veggie together. Sprinkle salt and hot souse. Store them in fridge. Salsa is done!



6. Slice iceberg lettuce into 1/8 - 1/4 inches.



7. When LCD start to flash “0min”, open the lid and mix rice and beef mix on the bottom of the inner pan. Caution! Food is extremely hot!



8. Place the taco rice in the center of plate, To finish, add lettuce, cheese and salsa. Tortilla chip and cut lime on the side.
