------Risotto style rice menu with carbonara sauce.------

INGREDIENTS

  • (4-5 serving)
  • Brown Rice 3 cups
  • Onion M size 1
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Mozzarella cheese (shredded) 1 cups
  • Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
  • Egg yolk L size 3
  • Whipping cream /Heavy cream 1cups
  • Black pepper & Salt Pinch
  • Red pepper Pinch
  • Basil Pinch
  • Parsley Pinch
  • Bacon 3 slice *optional
  • Bouillon (powder) 1/2 tsp *optional
  • (Short-grain brown rice was used for this sample picture. Arbrio, Carnaroli rice are desirable for risotto.)

1. Chop onion, garlic and *bacon into small dice.


2. Start to cook rice with *bouillon and #1 by using Brown Rice Menu


3. When LCD starts flashing 0 min. Open the lid, add mozzarella cheese and mix them well.


4. Crack eggs, separate egg yolk and egg white. Use only egg yolk


5. Blend with whipping cream, egg yolk, parmesan cheese and salt. Pour into â‘¢and stir them well.


6. Place the risotto from the inner pan onto individual plate.


7. Sprinkle parsley, basil, black pepper, and red pepper.
